I’m disappointed with the roof job. It’s a long story, bottom line is my chimney is still leaking around flashing. He came out to look, claimed it wasn’t leaking, my living room wall shows it is leaking. I sent someone in the attic to find a board over the leaking area and spray foam. It took awhile for the water to make its way through the drywall. \r\nIn addition, they replaced 1x6’s instead of adding new 4x8 sheets on the roof. It would have been cheaper to have all new decking. \r\nNow I have a leaking roof/chimney and a damaged wall which will cost a lot of money to repair.

Grace renovations LLC is a thorough professional company. Right from when we had the leaking roof, Gulliver worked with us and the insurance company and worked out the best option for all of us. It takes time to work with insurance companies but Gulliver made sure he always followed up and keep us updated\r\n\r\nWe were sent pictures while the roof was being replaced and were told about what they found and what our options to fix were. The company works like a well oiled machine, they were here ar 8 am and were done by 6 pm.\r\n\r\nHighly recommend Grace Renovations!!

Project: Repaired/ Replaced trim, rebuilt 2 story fireplace box
Absolutely cannot express how impressed and happy with the work Gulliver and his crew did ! Initial job was replace and paint trim, but we know how things go once you start tearing away the band aid ! Turned out all the wood under the siding up the 2 story fireplace was bad and required replacement. Gulliver and his crew was here bright and early and did not leave til late. Gulliver even fixed and repaired items we did not talk about out of the goodness of his heart. He cares and makes sure everything is done right and keeps you well updated. He will be \"My Guy\" for a very long time for ALL home improvements. You will not be disappointed.
